Business Services Unit
is responsible
for managing the school’s approximately $9,000,000.00 budget
(95% state, 5% federal) and overseeing the daily business
operations of the school. All financial transactions,
contractual agreements, grant records and reporting are
completed by the business staff. OSD Business Services is
located Long Hall, 3rd floor and provides the
services of the main office for visitor’s
registration/reception, switchboard services and mail center.
Applications,
records and determinations for school lunch program, E-Rate and
state/Federal grants are maintained by business services. The
Students’ Trust Accounts, School Activity Accounts and Student
Petty Cash are maintained by the Business Services Unit as
well.
