Greetings from Oklahoma School for the Deaf!  OSD is a bilingual language program with campuses in Sulphur, Chickasha (USAO), and Edmond (UCO).  Our goal for every student is mastery of both ASL and English - their foundation for intellectual and social development.  And that is just the beginning!  As our mission statement says, our young people are empowered, encouraged, and able to grow.  How? Simply through a language-rich environment in which they experience belonging, inclusion, participation - unparalleled access to the people and information that surround them.  At OSD language is what unites us.  It never divides or excludes.

OSD is unequivocally the Least Restrictive Environment for every Deaf and Hard of Hearing person in Oklahoma - the beneficiaries of which isn’t limited to our students.  Here families, alumni, staff, and hearing, hard of hearing, and Deaf visitors experience that same access and inclusion.  Welcome to OSD!Chris
